Here you can read in English a part of the paragraphs I wrote for professionalizing.

1. Preface

Many different production techniques are used for production of the Dremel. I will describe three different production techniques as example.
The first example is the ABS protective caps around the Dremel. The used production technique is injection moulding. The ABS is liquified and injected in a mold. The mold is removed after the ABS is cured and the ABS protective caps are made.

The second example is the iron ribbons inside the electrical motor for conducting the electrical energy. These iron ribbons are soldered together. Therefor tin slurry is added to a mold connecting the two ribbons and still electricity could guide.

The third example is the metal shaft. A piece of metal is mounted on a lathe and with a chisel shaped in the desired form.

2. Summery

The Dremel has various types of connections, such as power-locked connections, material-locked connections and shuttled connections.

The bearing in the Dremel is power-locked. The bearings are pressed on it, so the bearings won’t move. Another connection is the wires in de engine and they are material-locked. The wires are soldered to the coils and the iron plates in the engine are soldered to each other for the transmission of electricity

3. Conclusion

In the Dremel, electric power is converted to a magnetic force in the engine, causing the engine to rotate the shaft, thus driving the Dremel's operation. The magnetic force is then converted into motion energy that rotates the axis. And eventually, in the engine instead of just converting electrical energy into moving energy, a little bit of electrical energy is converted into heat.
